The design is based on 10 design principles, as well as an analysis of extensive research with users and stakeholders. Adhering to these principles will help make the system clear, intuitive, and relevant to all.

To build a new branded digital fingerprint for Broadridge, a global fintech that helps its user capitalise on new communications, technologies and services. with a lofty, clean and vibrant principles in mind for the visual direction we created Cumulus a first phase of a series of collaborations between frog and the brand to help Broadrige realise their digital identity with close attention to the plethora of products and services that the client offered its users. 
Cumulus synthesizes over 8 months of component auditing where we reviewed and created UX patterns that helped us design 6 user flows for 5 of their pillar products.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Landscape Review
We started by digesting insights from the past phase research readout, updating and levelling efforts for the new phase. 
By analysing and auditing 10+ different product pillars of the Broadridge ecosystem we conversed with stakeholders of each product pillar to better capture specific and global components.​​​​​​​
As part of the discussions with key stakeholders we navigated governance models to better assess the characteristics of design and tech teams at Broadridge, as well as improve gaps and address opportunities.

With clear goals and past phases insights we conversed with stakeholders to furthers understand gaps and opportunity areas for the main ask the DLS as well as strategic collaborations between Broadridge's internal teams.

Foundational changes
We created new patterns and behaviours that set the foundations of the new visual identity based of atomic design systems and pixel perfect components that elevate the experience and ground in new spaces for branded digital assets. 
We leveraged between concept design and atomic components with a clear tokenized structure to further enhance communication between DevOps and the Broadridge Brand teams.

Cumulus BR Design Language System
Cumulus is the Design Language System that unifies a single vision of 5+ pillar products that conceives a lofty interface, complex data visualisations, long table formats, etc. with a clear focus on functionality it revises the aseptic characteristic and elevates it to a more elegant language. 
It encompasses a set of rules and guidelines inherited from the Broadrigde brand guidelines but expands and upscales to a contemporary solution, asserting both visual cues and interactions needs, accessibility and compliance with WCAG 2.0 guidelines was a core element throughout the conception and documentation creation.
