Coppel is a Mexican company with more than 80 years in the market offering retail and financial services. Our collaboration has focused on creating the strategy to nurture, manage and extend the use of the Coltrane Design Language System within the organization.
Throughout 12 weeks, we strengthened the relationship with the Coppel team, opening new communication channels that allowed us to listen, empathize and identify allies in the different units within the three focuses of the program: technology, design, and illustration. To ensure the system's adoption, we fully immersed ourselves in the Group's culture and work dynamics. Replicating their roles helped us broaden our perspective and identify needs and considerations that otherwise would not have been visible.
