LPM Dashboard needed to be updated to different media to become a flexible yet clear management solution for lab personnel to be able to monitor each device with clarity and be able to find solutions or work arounds on the streamline of sample analysis to better optimise the bumps and delays on the flow. Resizable containers with data visualisations that adapt to a complex grid to better fit each user and streamline.

The team conducted an in-depth study of lab technicians and staff, analyzing how they streamlined their workflow for various tests. This research enabled us to pinpoint the most effective ways to display information for both close and distant viewing, ensuring that alerts and graphics were easily understood and actionable. The findings also emphasized the importance of reusability and adaptability in the design, allowing for more efficient consumption of critical data throughout the workflow. As a result, we developed a versatile plug-and-play dashboard featuring customizable widgets, which significantly reduced errors by 50% by providing lab technicians with real-time information.
